This Project Development and Environment (PD&E) study is for a proposed new twolane roadway with right-of-way that could accommodate a potential future four-lane expansion. Depending on the corridor selected, the roadway may be six to eight miles in length. The study area extends from State Road (S.R.) 87 South at U.S. 90, to as far north as the intersection of S.R. 87 North and Southridge Road, and as far west as the intersection of S.R. 89 and U.S. 90 at the Glover Lane intersection.
